The biggest event in the construction machinery industry, Bauma, will again take place in Munich in April.
This massive trade show is held every three years, and for most international companies in the construction machinery industry, its place as the number one industry event is unrivalled.
Bauma has provided a platform for the construction machinery world to explore the future already for over 60 years, as the first Bauma was organised in 1954.
At the beginning, Bauma was held annually, but as the event grew bigger, the interval was later increased to three years. Next Bauma will be the 31st in the history of Bauma.
This year there will be nearly 20 Wulff Entre’s both Finnish and international clients demonstrating their world class know-how and expertise with over 2000m² of exhibiting space.
Bauma has also expanded abroad, its important sister exhibitions being Bauma China, Bauma Conexpo India and Bauma Conexpo Africa.
On the Asian market the demand for construction machinery, building-material machines, mining machines and construction vehicles and equipment is still growing steadily. When Bauma China premiered in Shanghai in 2002, it still fit into the exhibition area of one and a half exhibition halls, but it has since grown into the number one event in the construction machinery industry in Asia.
BC India and BC Africa followed suit in 2010s. By its second edition Bauma Africa had already established its status as the continent’s most important construction machinery and mining industry event. BC India has also grown to be an important meeting place for the Indian construction machinery industry and is the gateway for international enterprises to the Indian market.
Next Bauma China will be held in November, and Bauma Conexpo India in December. We’ll be there – ask for more!
